Microsoft

I have accumulated extensive professional experience in utilizing Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook. In Excel, I have adeptly harnessed its powerful features to analyze data, create robust spreadsheets, and generate insightful reports. My proficiency in Word has allowed me to produce polished documents, reports, and proposals, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Additionally, my adeptness with Outlook has enabled me to efficiently manage emails, schedules, and tasks, facilitating seamless communication and organization within the workplace.

Cloud Based

BigCommerce, Shogun, and Stencil

I am experienced with BigCommerce, the e-commerce platform that is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, which provides businesses with tools to create an online store presence. While I was gaining my experience, I was introduced to Stencil, which is used to customize the frontend of a BigCommerce store front. I was successful in many customizations that the client/employer needed. I gained experience with the page builder app, Shogun, to create landing pages and more for the client.

WordPress

I’ve worked with WordPress, the very popular CMS, since 2019 creating customized websites. My page builder of choice that I use is Elementor. I have experience with the most popular themes.

Omnisend

I have email marketing experience with Omnisend. I created and sent targeted email campaigns that I developed using Photoshop and then creating an attractive layout on the platform.

Acumatica

I developed diverse experience in Acumatica, a cloud-based ERP, working with product and purchase order data. I was the main contact for new product development in the system for a specific employer.

Google Workspace

I know Google quite well – Gmail, Sheets, Analytics, and I could go on. I also have brief experience with Google Cloud.

Salesforce

I’ve been learning on the Trailhead for about a month now. This is an immensely powerful CRM.

Hardware & Operating Systems

I possess a diverse set of skills and extensive experience in working with a wide range of hardware devices and operating systems. On the hardware front, I am proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining Android smartphones, iPhones, tablets, and desktop computers. I can handle hardware repairs and upgrades, manage storage, and ensure optimal performance for these devices. In terms of operating systems, I have a deep understanding of Windows 11, Mac OS, iOS, and Android. I can navigate these operating systems with ease, configure system settings, install and update software, and resolve compatibility issues. My experience extends to assisting users with various technical challenges, from software installations and updates to hardware configurations and device synchronization, making me well-equipped to provide comprehensive support across multiple platforms and devices.
